Sometimes labeled “Country,” but with their roots in gospel and rock and roll, John and Jacob had a big year in 2014. They took the summer festival season by storm with appearances at SXSW, Bonnaroo, Hangout, Firefly, and the CMA Festival. In July, while touring in the U.K. with Kacey Musgraves, their single “Ride With Me” was promoted to BBC Radio 2, garnering them an interview with the legendary TV and radio personality, Bob Harris.

Returning to the U.S. they joined Musgraves in support of her fall tour. Their October debut at the Grand Ole Opry was followed by the release of their independent self-titled album, hitting Billboard Heatseekers Top 10 and iTunes Top 10 charts. January 2015 found the boys playlisted at BBC Radio 2 with their single, “Be My Girl.” They followed the airplay with their first 3 headline shows in the UK. The Barfly show in London was a sell out.

In March they were in Austin, TX at SXSW playing the Raptor House, Taylor Guitar, McDonald's and Live Nation stages.  In April the band headed back to the UK to support The Shires, the first Country band from the UK to reach top 10 on the UK album chart. They toured for 12 dates throughout England and look to have their new single "Ride With Me" at BBC Radio 2 by mid to late May with the release of their UK album through Proper Records in mid June.  Their appearance at the Stagecoach Festival in Southern California wrapped up their April run.  John and Jacob are published writers for Major Bob Music in Nashville writing such Billboard #1 hits as “DONE.” with The Band Perry. They have also had their current single “Be My Girl”, placed in ABC’s hit TV showNashville’.
